Need to start Water Service?

Establishing New Water and/or Sewer Service

If you need to set up new water or sewer service, please contact one of our customer service representatives to begin the application process.

Requirements for All New Services

Whether you are a homeowner or a business, the following items are required:

Water Subscription Agreement

  • Must be completed in person or through a secure email link provided by our staff.

Proof of Property Status

Provide the document that applies to your situation:

  • Closing statement (new residential purchase)
  • Final plat and/or recorded deed (new construction)
  • Current lease agreement (rental/lease)
  • Service cannot be established before the official lease start date or the property closing date.

Fees and Deposit

  • Administrative fee ($40) and security deposit are required at the time of application.
  • Payments may be made by check, cash, or debit/credit card.
  • The security deposit is up to $150.00, based on credit history.
  • The deposit is refundable after 24 months of good payment history and will be credited to your water bill.
